I agree with the 3* or higher and no wb.
However, there are weeks, such as this week and last week, I have been unable to play as much. This results in a much lower than usual troop donation. So just make sure it's "guidelines" for people. ...

How about a bridge at Bertman and Nicholson. Allow commuters to safely walk to class across Nicholson. There is never a traffic cop and a bridge would help drivers and pedestrians safer each morning and afternoon. ...
