re: Cooking Ribs on Big Green Egg - Mr Mom
For babybacks I use a 2-2-1 method. I keep my Primo as close to 225 as possible, 2 hours unwrapped, 2 hours wrapped, 1 hour unwrapped and I usually put sauce on during the last 20 to 30 minutes. Make sure you remove the membrane from the back of the ribs when prepping and don't skimp on the season...

re: Holy horsepower wars, Batman. - Mr Mom
Even though I don't own one, I'm am a fan of the "big three" muscle cars. They are old school and badass. I prefer a truck for a daily driver, but something like the Hellcat or a GT500 would be a fun weekend car. That being said, my wife's S6 is a pretty nice change of pace too. ...

Glad I'm not the only one having these issues with contractors. I've gotten bids, accepted said bid, been given a start date, then they never show up or answer their phone again. Btw, for wood floors call Eric Duncan (Duncan Flooring). All he does is wood and brick flooring. ...

re: cooking bacon in oven - Mr Mom
I like doing it in the oven too. Foil line a jelly roll pan and lay bacon flat. I usually crinkle up the foil before covering pan so it creates creases to catch the grease. Put it in a cold oven set for 425. When the oven is heated up, the bacon is ready. ...

Sat next to Spike Lee on a flight back from NYC. He was wearing head phones and obviously didn't want to talk. This lady in her 50s walks up to him while plane is still loading and waves at him and he takes off his head phones. She says hi, aren't you Spike Lee? He nodded and she started talking a...

It's certainly a tough thing to go through. My wife and I lost our first child when she was 26 weeks along. We went from planning a birth to having to plan a funeral. It took time but we got through it and now have two beautiful kids. Just be there for one another and try and stay busy. ...

Thanks for the info. I'll check out Bull. They sell that at Goodwood so I can go check it out there. I also want to go look at Twin Eagles, Capital, and Alfresco.
