Mileage, mileage, milage. I can't stress that enough. 5 miles in 40 mins is standard. Easy as shite. Make sure you're rucking with at least 75+ averaging 14 min pace....

While it's important to get a solid APFT score when you get to RAPP. Make sure you're doing pull-ups all the time. I wanted to go to Ranger school as well, but between my frequent deployments I never got to do it. Went airborne and air assault school nothing like what you're about to take on....

J Alexanders policy clearly stated on the menu reads that an automatic 18% grat would be added to a party of 8 or more. However, the statement on the menu reads to speak with a manager if you feel like the amount should be increased or decreased. Does this policy allow more customer independence?
