where is this at?
I had to look it up - haven't been there yet. It's on Rosewood which is off east 11th around Navasota. It's another one that blew up after SXSW because Jimmy Kimmel went to it and featured it on one of his shows....

re: Austin BBQ: Franklin vs La Barbecue - OrangeBlood
I work about a mile from both - previous advice is spot on, Franklin's brisket is just a tad, a tad, better than La BBQ (the pitmaster at La BBQ learned at Franklin). Ribs and pulled pork are comparable - but I think the sausage at La BBQ is much better. Typically the wait is a lot less at La BBQ ...

re: Mississippi St OC Les Koenning to Texas - OrangeBlood
Kind of strange move - OC to WR coach. But I read his title at MSU was largely just that. Texas fans are not thrilled mainly because the WR coach is often a fireball recruiter and they don't think Les fits that bill. ...
Word on the street is that Watson and Wickline will be co-OC. Which means that Watson is the OC, but due to the negative feedback from the initial word that he was the guy, Strong has to hide that fact under the co-OC contrivance. This also means that Texas whiffed on a "splash" OC hire. [/q...

re: Charlie Strong facing a power struggle already in hiring his people - OrangeBlood
Two things. Your first paragraph is actually not accurate. There are exceptions - broad ones - to the posting/waiting period laws. People assume Strong always wanted to bring in Watson but his public comments actually refute this notion, mainly because Watson does not have Texas ties and is n...

Handbrake. it's a decoder/encoder I think. It allows you to select one of multiple formats to encode to a particular device (Ipad, I phone 4, Apple TV etc.). It's pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it and there are multiple tutorials on the web. Trust me, if I can do it, anyone can. ...
