They are just not risking anything with Davis as far as injury. It is about the future of the team,Gordon,and another draft.Check out Davis compared to other greats....and he is only 19 yrs old.

AD has a very nice jump shot and a hookshot he uses occasionally while at UK. He shoots a very high % and not all dunks. You have a budding superstar as a Hornet. Keep him happy, save some cash for the next contract. He wanted D. Miller on the team....I would keep the kid happy. Go Hornets! :...

I hope they can keep Davis at the 4. Calipari has said whoever got AD, needs to play him at the 4 and possibly the 3 later on. He said it would be a big mistake to have him play the 5 in the NBA. Of course Calipari is not coaching the Hornets, I just hope he gets to develop into a consistent outside...

I am surprised that unless I missed it, TRob hasn't been on the Fark Board. He has had a dislike of Anthony Davis since back in November. Another headcase at times....DeMarcus Cousins, who can be a really nice kid off the court wanted out of Sacramento. I don't think he would hesitate to play alongside Davis. He could offer on the court protection to AD from some cheap shots that he will inevitably get....

Sullinger is very polished offensively for a big guy but he has ALOT of trouble with length guarding him.
Perry Jones has the tools to be great if he had some good coaching and motivation.He probably has as much or more skill than anyone in the draft.
