So sorry to hear about the loss of your grandfather.I miss mine alot and he has been gone since 1990.Your gp sounds alot like mine was before he got sick.My dad and my FIL are both gone so my boys(and baby girl) dont have a pawpaw to do stuff with.I guess I gotta step up my game....

If it was my first time doing a brisket I would be watching the temp like a hawk.Tell him to Youtube BBQ by Franklin and that should get him going in the right direction as far as trimming, cook time,and temps.I followed his technique to the letter and cant imagine a better product....

They attempted to repair my wifes brain aneursym through an artery with a coil earlier this year.They go in through your artery in the hip and route the catheter into the brain.The then try to put a platinum coil in the aneurysm to seal it.My wifes was the wrong shape and they had to do a craniotomy...

If you havent seasoned it,do that first.Bring it up to about 350 or so for a cpl hours to cook the oils and other chemicals off.
Then get a bone in boston butt,7-9 lbs.Trim the cap off it and season it liberally with a good dry rub .Have your smoker about 225-250 with your choice of wood;oak,appl...

Aneurysms can strike anyone at anytime.There are usually no symptoms until it begins to rupture.My wife,36 yrs old no pics,was told she had one in November.It scared the hell out of us.Luckily hers was dicovered on a MRI and was surgicall repaired in February of this year.

He wont make those #'s until 3rd or 4th year.I think I was there 5 years before I made that kinda money.Alot of folks bases their expenses off that money and then get in a bind when the OT dries up.I dont like to work that much...would rather have days off....

Not all sites are union.I work at a non union site for Exxon in BR as an operator.Union sites have their advantages with seniority.They also keep the dead heads employed when they likely would have been gone otherwise....
