I recently was told about a fund through my current investor for 2.25% annual fee (but it's broken up into quarters to "ease the blow"- I initially thought that was high, but this definitely confirms my assumption. I plan on asking what exactly I would get for that 2.25% just to see what B.S. they ...

Distributed out of Metairie. We've had the Marigny Plank engineered floors in our house for 4-5 years and have really enjoyed them. They're a little distressed already, so you won't notice scratches ...

Maui Jim, simply for the 2 year warranty- my lenses cracked, I sent them in for $10, the replaced the arms and lenses (apparently, they replace the arms with almost every repair), and sent them back. I now have an almost brand new pair of glasses. ...

I use Club W, which is sort of similar, but the wine seems to be a cheaper and the shipping is only $6 for 3 bottles or free for 6 bottles.

Never had a hassle with them.
A recent example- My brother was in an accident, and about a month later, he got served with a lawsuit. My parents called USAA, they said "give us the information- we'll take care of it." They didn't have to do anything else- I looked about a month later and USAA se...

I look forward to The Voice starting again because it's one of the few things we can watch with the kids that we can all agree on. Almost no sitcoms/evening TV shows are kid friendly anymore.
That being said, I would probably still record it, and try to watch once a week even if I didn't have k...

Sounds like executor knew that your SIL would probably agree since she needs the cash and is not one to put up a fight. It also doesn't sound like there's going to be too much work- liquidate an asset to pay the deceased debts, then pay out the rest. I would try to agree on a firm price- $5-10k as o...
| Money Talk|| re: Executor of Will threatening Extortion in Texas - LSUGUMBO on 2/19/15 at 11:15 am|
I don't care what kind of house/estate it is, 30% is absolutely outrageous. I can definitely see the executor's point, especially if they didn't know about this ahead of time, but if she doesn't want to mess with it, then either resign and let the courts appoint anot...

My parents have a couple of houses that they lease as halfway houses- the beauty of these houses is that they don't have to be in tip top shape (granite, tile, etc), and once they move in, they generally don't move out unless the house is sold/foreclosed. You would have to contact your local recove...
