The other dude should leave a buffer stall between you and him, respecting your space to deuce. Although sitting next to the urinals is not ideal, it is more imperative to give a stall's distance between guys going #2, and since you were there first, he should respect your deuce....

Saw them in N.O. on the '92 Ceremony Tour, and both Varsity shows in 2001.
I had heard that they enjoyed the Varsity concert so much in BR, that when they had a cancellation later on that year, they inquired about returning to the Varsity for a 2nd show.
