I agree with jfturner for a weekend with the Mrs. There are tons of amazing restaurants in Dallas...in addition to what he listed you could also try out Five Sixty (the Wolfgang Puck restaurant at the top of Reunion Tower), Bolsa, Charlie Palmer at the Joule...

Hard to say, but I would say Airline. It certainly screws up the interstate more than any other road.
