I'm cookin paleo meatballs and Italian sausage with yellow, red, and orange peppers in red gravy right now. I serve it over spaghetti squash and it's really nice. Straight forward too....

I've never been to the restaurant, but the smoked fried oysters at oyster Fest were admittedly a foci rite of mine as well. They were just regular fried oyster( fried perfectly I must add) , with a sauce that had a smokey flavor to it hence the smoked fried oysters...

Risk or not I did my part again today! Had some killer oyster tacos from GW Fins. The hot sauce was a must. Had Dragos early before the line formed. A dozen of those chargrilled makes a great partner for a Bloody Mary. And I actually ate the smoked fried oysters from Grand Isle again. Gin Blossoms ...

I went yesterday. Had Oysters almandine from Borgne which were quite nice, I then had a shrimp and oyster spring roll from Arnauds which was good, but not what I expected.. I then had smoked fried oysters from Grand Isle which were mind blowingly good, but the best was a Key lime tart from Haydel's...
