I do to still found it weird it was written and directed by Bobcat Goldthwaith. Also did another movie I like "God Bless America". Apparently he and Robin Williams were real close. I never realized he was that talented. Hard to get past the police academy character. Also his stand up is great t...
Calories are calories in terms of weight loss, regardless of the source. It's excess calories that cause weight gain.
I think this is a problem too. We focus too much on calories and weight loss instead of good health. Like someone said early he could eat a pizza and not gain wei...

Me personally not enough bang for your buck. High in calories and not as filling pound for pound as protein or vegetables. I tend to look more at what food is helping fuel my body and what vitamins it contains that I need. I don't see a lot of nutritional value in bread that I can't easily get fr...

I will say a preservative laced cucumber is better than a bag of chips. Which goes to my earlier point everyone is different. People need to get educated on health more. Throwing blanket solutions at this will not help the problem....

My big thing with the fruits and vegatables that made me want to go more organic, or locally grown if you will was the expire time of them. A store bought cucumber from Walmart for example can sit in my fridge for two weeks and not spoil. On the other hand one out of my grandmothers garden onl...

I wasn't referring to myself just the average family trying to be healthier. Admittedly I've probably gone a little more extreme than most would but that is easy for me and simplifies my life. I can afford it also so it's not a big deal. ...
