Personally I'd do the AC unit first, then shower then floors. Traditionally floors should always be the last item you renovate but the first two are up to you. As far as contractors in NOLa go, I don't have any one in particular but recommend checking their credentials with the state contractors boa...

He was let go too early, if it' was his time 2.5 years out of a final four and only one losing season which he wasn't even able to finish then it's long past Trent's time. Not to mention the amount we pay Trent. Brady was a recruiter and that's what wins at the college level, he could win at LSUand ...
