MH60's have inflight refuel. So do Navy Seahawks and AIr Force HH60's. The Coasties might have them as well. Not sure.

I put 305/70/16's on my '03 Z71 almost 30k miles ago. Was told over and over again they wouldn't fit but they did and they do not rub at all.
I lost 2-3 mpg easily. Whatever you buy will be louder on highway too. Just how it is.
