If you are just looking for advice, not a salesman, I would look at the larger local accounting firms to see if someone can do some fee based planning, I know one firm in BR has a CFP that does this and they are not a salesman. Intorduce yourself, you never know if you will need them later. I have had issues with my neighbors in the past, but they were handled better with the ones I have some sort of relationship with.

There is a good monay bears on our place in lottie LA. The LDWLF does alot of studies on them throughout the year and collects data. We see them all the time.
