I think both Harper and Jenkins have been playing slightly out of position.. but I think it's more likely that we see Harper move to OLB. I think the issue here for me is that windows to win National Championships are small.. We had a team good enough to win one last year, and we would have a team that is capable of doing it this year if we had some resemblance of an offensive gameplan. I agree I think at this point it is mental, but the lack of a true #1 is killing us. ODB is most effective as a slot/ possession receiver.
