You should be able to look up some standard sizing charts on Google to make sure you are getting the right size. Remember it is just as important to not oversize it as well because is won't run enough to draw the humidity and moisture out of the house. ...

I don't see how you can do something like Cindy or Angie without kipping. You just cant do that many dead hang pull ups. These are about doing maximum amount work over a short period of time not a strength workout. I will do dead hang if I am doing strength work and kipp if I am doing metcons. ...
