You could look into the GeChic portable monitors. They used to make one that looked like a laptop, but had no computer in it. Just a screen, speakers and a battery. Lot cheaper than the laptop route...

Used to work with a old guy that had one. He said they started growing them as a contest in ww2 to see who could keep theirs the longest. Turkeyman won.

I read somewhere that her father has discussed Auschwitz with her when she was younger, and they had planned on making the trip to see it together. Unfortunately, he passed away before they could but she finally did and that is why she took the picture....

I prefer the HDX. For me, it fits a very specific purpose. With the HDX model, you can download a number of Prime videos and watch them offline. It comes in handy for times when you are going somewhere w/o a wifi connection.
That said, I wouldn't want it as my only tablet....

My first code I was able to select the platform to use it on. The second one was for pre ordering the white PS4/Destiny bundle, but it would be kinda dumb to force someone to use it for the PS4 system that they haven't yet received. But I dunno....

It is up to the card issuer to set the cutoff amount. Some of my cards will cutoff at $100 and others $125. I have to keep 4 different cards to get fuel with b/c if you stand there and keep swiping one over and over they will cut it off....

You can use a BT earpiece if you keep the phone in your shirt pocket, but if you try putting it in your pants pockets, you are SOL. So I guess it depends on where she puts her phone in the car as well as the strength of the BT in her car...

We have used this phone for some of our guys in the field while waiting for replacements. Phone isn't bad, just a touch slow but not painfully so. Bluetooth is crap, so if you need that you are going to be disappointed...

Nope, sorry. That splitter you see is actually a multiplexer. It is actually demultiplexing the signal from the satellite LNBs. In older installations, the LNBs on the dish were single channel which meant a single line had to be run for each box, so the guy may have been right or just lazy/stupid...

You can pay att $25 for a new sim card or buy a sim adapter for just a few bucks online. I use the sim adapters....
