Commander's has some incredible lunch specials and 25 cent martini's not sure of which day for the martini's
We went back in December, the food was exceptional & service was great as well. No coat was necessary and didn't feel out of place at all and this was Christmas season

My personal preference is Cajun Rocket Pot, a Louisiana company.
Great people and it truly does come to temp much faster and saves fuel. The cost differential will be made up by the fuel savings.

Ate at two different Saw's in Birmingham back in late February.....It was OK at best.....& no brisket but they had boudin????? Not very good boudin.
The pork was nothing special.....not bad nothing to rave about though IMHO...

Penang Garden on Washington is around the corner from House of Nanking.....HN was just OK.....Penang Garden was ridiculously good, the Singapore Spicy Crab is worth every bit of the $38 price.

Last year I got a Cajun Rocket pot and frankly i was amazed at the efficiency of fuel usage and how quickly it brings to a boil.
They aren't inexpensive, though IMHO I think they are worth it. I'm going to get some more of them I have the 80qt at present. They are a Louisiana company

Very nice!! Can't do this time, though I really really want to, since leaving Saturday to cover Bass Master Classic.
Like the simplified format a great deal, hopefully will be able to participate in the next one's. Will be interesting seeing how my initial thoughts compare to others.

I was using the aluminum disposal full size pans like you can get at Restaurant Depot. Just poured 5 cups flour in and then spread around evenly. Didn't really pay any attention to the depth....
