'Crossfit?? I play real sports' thing is really a dumb thing to say that has caught on with ppl that have never done it.
Remember reading a story about a guy that went undrafted, took a couple years off, got into crossfit and then made the Steelers roster. I can't tell you how much better I am at...

Some really horrible and inaccurate descriptions in here, and some really good ones.
Done it for 3 years now, it's not overkill.. some workuots take 20 minutes (plus some warmup), some take a full hour, none take longer.
My advice, without a doubt give it a try. My opinion is it's the best wo...
