Marquez canal is a good area. I fish it in my skiff, but you could easily put in off Chef with any sort of paddle-craft and do well back there. the mouth of Marquez at Lake K can be a trout hotspot on a rising tide....

There are a lot of different personalities and maturity levels in law enforcement or any other profession. These particular guys were all about my age. All in all, I think they did a good job today. They found what they were supposed to find, they determined that I was an average citizen making a mistake rather than a terrorist/criminal, remained calm and reasonably respectful through the process, and got me back on my way to get most of a busines...

A lady had bees in her eaves at our condos. Bee keepers wanted $500 to take out two hives and then we would have to repair the soffits afterwards while he kept the hive and honey. We said frick that and use Sevin dust at the entrance. No more bees....
