re: Clark's Creek Trail - Pond, MS - SeaPickle
My wife and i are in really shape and no questions asked did the primitive trail. It was a burn but nothing too great. Ms. Seapickle had a harder time towards the end. My handheld GPS said 411 ft was our highest elevation and completed in something like 4.5 - 5 hours and it was 5 miles or so long. A...
Thanks for the legit responses, surprising for the OT
No problem, even though I'm very much into lifting, I usually stay away from these threads due to the bull shite that gets thrown around. This being a major issue for me, I had to jump in. Tips: put a rubber band around fin...

re: OT Lifters: Elbow/Bicep Tendinitis - SeaPickle
Overuse is a very likely cause. It a main contributer in my case. Doesn't matter the split. Arms are used everyday - even to load plates for squats. Use sleeves, wrist wraps, icee hot and lots of warm ups. I starting using my straps again for back to take some of the pressure off my grip. Deadlift...

re: OT Lifters: Elbow/Bicep Tendinitis - SeaPickle
Might give the compression sleeve a try.
this is a must. spend the extra and get a good fitting one. Lots of warm up is also required (as mentioned earlier) -many sets of 20 or so reps with light light weight Also, a week isnt much time for a tendon to heal, id say 4-6 weeks befor...

re: Trim tab question - SeaPickle
Im not sure a larger pitch prop can turn the same rpms and be more efficient. I could be wrong, but I thought pitch was the theoretical distance the prop would displace water with no slip. Therefore a 20 would move you one more inch than a 19. All other variables the same, that would make mor...
