Bass pro carries Backwoods brand jalapeño flavor marinade. It tastes incredible. Marinate for 24 hours with a healthy kick of liquid smoke and it is spicy. I have dusted it with cayenne after laying out in dehydrator and found it to be a little much. I strongly recommend this marinade. ...
