Corporations shouldn't pay taxes at all. The owners of the stocks and the money earned by its employees are taxed. By taxing the corporation all you do is make them raise the price of their goods ([i]You pay the tax in a hidden form[/i]), or they relocate and your fellow Americans lose their job....
