re: So I finished watching Bloodline (Spoilers inside) - brmark70816
That makes sense and i get somethings going to the kids. But not the property, the home or money for her to live on. I would think that it was half hers anyway. But he was pretty old fashioned. So maybe you are right. The dad was kind of a douche.....

re: So I finished watching Bloodline (Spoilers inside) - brmark70816
I liked the show. It was really slow and I gave up at first. But it ended up being worth it. One thing I don't understand is all of the stuff about the will. Wouldn't the father have just left everything to his wife? She could have had her will leave to who ever she wanted then. There just wouldn...

re: AD getting SWOLE! up to 253lbs - brmark70816
Is KD really a 7 footer? I thought he was like 6'8 or 6'9.
I was at a OKC game a couple of years ago and was blown away by how tall Durant was. He was listed at 6'9, but when he stood next to Perkins, he was a couple of inches taller. I kept double checking and Durant is pretty clo...

re: Tebow likely to make Eagles roster - brmark70816
Barkley has looked really good. He won't be on the market long if they cut him. I'm guessing with Bradford's health, they have to keep Sanchez as a safety net. I really like Tebow and I pull for him. But giving up on Barkley just doesn't seem like a good choice. Especially when all their QBs will be...

re: The best QB in the league just got injured - brmark70816
The OP left out that a defensive guy fell on him and he has a concussion. So he couldn't play anymore. But a pretty horrible outing. I'm ready for the team to move on with Cousins and McCoy. Next offseason they'll either grab a top FA (Eli or Bradford). Or draft a guy. Just a bad QB class this d...

re: Why I support Trump - brmark70816
I've seen all of this before. My 1st two presidential elections I voted for Ross Perot. A rich outsider that I thought could shake everything up. But he, like Trump, could never fully commit to the process and kept looking down on it. He would have never got anything done. I think of Trump the same...

re: Waco Biker Update: Autopsy Reports Released... Finally - brmark70816
There is such a thing as guilt by association. This was a sanctioned club event. It was a brawl that resulted in injuries and death, even before the cops attacked. It just seems like procedure to arrest everyone involved, then sort it out later.....

I was trying to be diplomatic, but they weren't just wearing leather. They were members of a club/gang. All wearing the same patches/colors. As such if a members commits a crime, during a club event, then they are all involved. Its procedure to arrest everybody. Charges can be dropped. I just don't ...
But not all 177 or however many the cops rounded up and now face felony charges were guilty of anything more than being a biker
Wouldn't this be procedure? If all the guys were part of the same group(s) and this was organized as a group activity. I would think it would be procedu...

re: Rousey vs Mayweather - brmark70816
I fight for a living. In a no rules fight, I believe I can beat anyone on this planet. Boxing is a sweet science with strict rules that I respect very much and aspire every day to improve at. re: Caught Book of Eli last night - brmark70816
I think that is the one I saw before. The nylon sheath kind of gives it away. You think it is any good or will last? I know most machetes are pretty cheap. So maybe it wouldn't cost as much as I thought (like around $50).. ...

re: Floyd Mayweather reveals his top 5 boxers of all-time - brmark70816
Fair enough, what is the average's guy fighting weight? It can't be lower than 160. The weight classes were made before processed foods and hormones. The average guy weight was under 160 back then. Fighting under 150 made sense back then. Not now. So all those lower division titles are fluff. ...

re: Floyd Mayweather reveals his top 5 boxers of all-time - brmark70816
Too many weight classes under heavyweight. Might have made sense 100 years ago. But the classes are a joke. Average weight for a male in America is like 190, there is 1 weight class above that. There are like 10 under that. There is just no reason for that. Mayweather fights at 135 or around there. ...

Wyrmwood: Road of the dead - brmark70816
I just caught this last night. Not a bad movie, for those that like campy, gory zombie type of movies. Kind of reminds me of Shaun of the Dead. Not as good, but still fun. I didn't see a thread on it, so I figured that not many people have caught it.. ...
