I'm 24, and I've pretty much figured that I'll hit 30 before I get married. That's perfectly fine with me too. For instance, if I want to take a trip to Vegas with friends now, I can just go with no questions asked. If my job needs me to go work out of town for a few months, it's no problem.

Here in Houston, I'm lucky enough to live about a mile away from a Saints/LSU bar so I usually hit that up on game days. There's about 3 Louisiana themed bars I know of in Houston, and there are probably more.

Ok, New Orleans is not a business friendly city in my opinion. Look at how many Fortune 500 companies are headquartered there. Companies started leaving in droves in the mid-90s. Whenever I go back to New Orleans now, it has such a small town feel.

Born and raised in Nola, and it's crap like this that makes me 99.999% certain I will never move back.
I know crime happens everywhere, but proportionally, Nola has most places beat. People seem to forget that when talking about "major" cities, Nola really isn't that big....

I've flown United 2x per week for the past 5 weeks for work and I can honestly say that there has been a delay 80% of the time. Aside from being in Houston, I would have no reason to fly their unreliable airline....
