Give it up man, you sound pathetic. Auburn has a good team. LSU played like shite and got upset by a motivated Ole Miss team. None of this changes the fact that LSU beat Auburn by 14 and the game was never in doubt....
| SEC Rant|| re: The BCS drama has been much ado about nothing since 2003. - Doc John on 10/31/13 at 3:57 pm|
Ideally I'd like to see a playoff between the top 8 or 10 ranked teams. The regular season would still be significant and exciting because if you lose one or two games you're easily out of it....

| Tiger Rant|| re: Let's take a step back and look at LSU's program - Doc John on 10/22/13 at 1:09 pm|
Relax. Is what I said not true? yeah they made a few stops in the first half to keep us in it and then proceeded to give up 525 yards of total offense and allowed Ole Miss to go 11-18 on 3rd downs. I think its pretty obvious that the offense has carried the defense most of the season. I don't think ...

No I watched the whole game but yeah you're right I was impressed with the way the offense fought back in the second half after such an ugly first half performance. But it shows that our defense is not good enough to win games for us when the offense doesn't play lights out. The point I was trying t...

Mettenberger had a bad first half and dug the team into a whole they could not overcome. LSU's defense is not as talented, deep, or experienced as the past few years and it shows like most expected it to this season. Les Miles will always manage the clock poorly. /thread

Against Georgia Hill had 86 yards rushing on 21 attempts with 1 touchdown. That means he averaged just over 4 yards a carry.
He also had 4 receptions for 44 yards which gave him 130 all purpose yards and 1 touchdown for the game.
He wasn't spectacular but I wouldn't call that "shutting him dow...

Republicans get a repeal on the MANDATE. Meaning that no one HAS to apply for one year but they still can and Obamacare is still in effect. They want to so people can see exactly what it does before they apply.
Democrats get their funding back and O'Care goes into effect.

The only thing that really bothered me was that final drive when we just ran it up the middle three times in a row with Hill and the Auburn defense knew that was all we were going to do. I know there were only three minutes left but Auburn had all of their timeouts left, our defense was tired and Au...

| SEC Rant|| re: Did Tre Mason Really Have 132 Yards Against LSU? - Doc John on 9/22/13 at 5:51 pm|
Yeah I was impressed with Mason. There were lots of plays where LSU defenders had chances to wrap him up at the line of scrimmage but he always seemed to find a way to slip out of there and gain positive yards. I'm sure the slippery rain didn't help but it was still impressive. Auburn has had some ...
