minor nicks and gouges can cost u mph...that gouge is in a bad spot, it will affect your bow lift...I'd get it fixed asap...

Pleasure bend (where all the camps are) is on the west side of lake des allemands, where highway 643 goes to the lake...sounds like they're going to possibly do some dredging in the area...

bought the ag revo stx (to try) and a couple new chronarchs recently (both same price), i like the chronarch much more than the revo, most of my stuff is paired with duckett rods which i use for bass and inshore, one of the lightest rods next to custom made stuff...

i'm going to have an 18' aluminum boat built (someone i know for $2500 inc trailer) with an extended transom so the back floats higher and i will be able to interchange a tiller handle outboard, long tail, and surface drive (frogs, fishing, and ducks)...
