I've had this discussion before, but unless you do a system where you get X votes and vote for X congressmen (X being the number of CDs) it is basically physically impossible to not "gerrymander" ...

Without reading, you physically can't predict that this far out. You have no idea what will happen the next two years. That will determine more than anything what will need to happen in 2016 than an article written the day after the midterms...

:lol: well hell I wouldn't concede either being down <2000 votes with only ~77% reporting. I don't know how they could call NH so close, but we can't call NC with 100,000 vote spread with >90% reporting....
