Yep. It's almost a cut of meat that's perfect for a crock pot. Agree on the greasy part as you need to pick around it if you're going to eat it right away. If you're eating the next day, you simply spoon the cold fat off. On a side note, I was shocked to know that you can cook meat in a crock pot...

The heat is in the yellowish-white membranes inside. Remove those and the seeds for good Jap heat without the oral pain. Make sure you don't touch your eyes with your fingers until you wash them....
