It appears Barber is out so that favors Bell. Chicago is missing Cutler, so his back up may be throwing a lot of short passes to the RB, again favoring Bell. Cam loves keeping the ball in the red zone, so TDs are scarce for Carolina RBs, even against Tampa Bay. I would play Bell....
