the supports/seats are normally on the edge of the flat area, so is a drink is spilled it runs under the bleacher seat, not on it. If you've ever sat, literally anywhere else in the stadium, this would make more sense....

So they installed the benches on the vertical planes instead of the horizontal planes. So when someone behind/above you spills a drink, it runs off the concrete right down your pants....well done considering it's visitor seating....

sounds like what happened to my 92 dodge dakota. it was a clogged catalytic converter. It was choking the engine. It idle and rev'ed when in neutral/park but couldn't handle it when a load was put on it by putting it in gear....

No there isn't. A restaurant is granted a singular permit. Some places may have separate permits but they have to have complete separation (ie doors). Olive Garden for example has one permit. Basically if you are not asked to verify your age, you can carry there. ...
