Our tight ends are used primarily for blocking, but they do run routes...I've seen them. Sometimes, they are wide open. The problem is that Mett doesn't seem to notice them and i wonder if it's because we don't practice it.

I am sure there are exceptions, but most people in an executive capacity continue to give 100% even after job security is obtained. They are just wired that way. They may have a down year, but the drive to be on top will get the motor running again. ...

I'd like to see us try some of these tactics. But that would require us pass protecting well enough to send out more than one wide receiver option at a time with a somewhat complicated route tree. We are limited on what we can even try right now with our pass protection issues....
