| Outdoor Board|| re: Mosin Nagant Bull Barrel - Propagandalf on 12/4/13 at 12:01 pm|
classicarms.us had a bunch of bull barrels for the mosin nagant awhile back. They were even offering receivers and bolts so that you could do a whole build. The barrels were machine gun barrels that were machined to fit the nagant receiver. Accuracy was claimed to be great out of the one they put to...

Not sure if this is true either. An AR rifle can be built into a pistol and an AR pistol can be built into a rifle. After that is get confusing on whether or not you can build it back into a rifle/pistol.

It's not illegal to possess the upper with the 11.5" barrel. An upper is not a firearm. Here's some stuff to get you started on your journey.

That should work fine.
Things to look for in a BCG:
- bolt is 9310 or Carpenter 158 Steel
- carrier is 8620
- gas key screws are properly staked. the purpose of staking is so the screws don't walk themselves out.
so if it looks like it will hold the screws from walking, it is
