On the topic of the cop
I wonder how him being a cop will play in to all of this? They make an odd couple. At first I wondered if it wasn't some long con/setup on the cop's part. The writers could have just as easier had her screwing a bartender. Did they ever show Kate lis...

Anyone else having issues with Cox internet? - ashy larry
Mine has been very slow the past few days and uploads are almost impossible. It took my dropbox about 2-3 hours to sync a 10MB file. I finally called tech support last night. They pinged my router and lost half of the packages. I talked to a neighbor this AM that was having a similar problem...

re: HOA fees for neighborhood - ashy larry
Exactly, so back to my question, how does the HOA have ANY standing whatsoever for a home in which you own the land and are the official owner on the tax logs for the property?
Most HOAs establish covenants and restrictions prior to any property being sold. Therefore the rest...

re: HOA fees for neighborhood - ashy larry
A friend of mine lives in a smaller neighborhood where the houses range from 175k-200k and they are wanting to start up the HOA and have the yearly dues at $600. I think that is absurd, what would be a fair yearly due for a neighborhood in that price range with about 82 lots in it. They are ...

re: Tips on getting internet run to my house - ashy larry
I had a client that had a similar issue a few years ago. Cox wanted 20k to run it to their office and AT&T said they couldn't bc it was too far. I found a third party dsl provider that said they would provide it. The funny part is that they just contracted it out and AT&T workers came out to hook ...

I have a senco which has been solid over the years. It's about 7 years old. I used it often when I bought it. Now it only gets used a few times a year these days. My suggestion is to go check out a pawn shop. My first framing gun was a porter cable I bought for about $100 and it lasted a se...
