| Soccer Board|| re: What is or was your favorite player to watch play this beautiful game - wm72 on 1/22/15 at 1:18 pm|
Totti of course.
Baggio was my favorite as a kid. Maldini as well.
I also find myself drawn to the villainous, old fashioned, by any means necessary, defenders. I thoroughly enjoy watching matches featuring guys like Chiellini, Godin etc etc or defensive mids like De Rossi.

Not at all. Pogba signed a new deal with Juve through 2019 (and there's really been no sign that he's the one pushing to leave).

Cuadrado moving from Fiorentina to Chelsea and Salah from Chelsea to Roma seems somewhat possible.

Yeah, if the field were picked today.
However, it's hard to say that any of the nines team wouldn't go from in to out or vice versa based on 2 or 3 games which makes it a pretty good list. ...

| SEC Rant|| re: Ranking the SEC bubble teams - wm72 on 1/20/15 at 12:48 pm|
After the SEC not getting many bids due to being down for a few seasons, I could see the SEC getting limited bids again this year simply by having too many "pretty good" teams this year.
If all 9 of the teams you mention continue their current uneven form it may be hard for more than 3 to get bi...
Roma vs Empoli 2:00 Italian cup
Empoli could be a dangerous draw in that they really commit a lot forward and don't back down against the bigger clubs. Roma will need to stop fricking around with the million cute passes that go nowhere that they've fallen into of late.

In general, fans do like him.
You hear a lot lament that it's been too bad he's not moved to a smaller side since he's fun of watch -- like say Miccoli was at Palermo -- but hardly any want him getting NT call ups.

Giovinco wasn't going to get anywhere near this type deal in Europe and he has seemed to prefer to not to play for a Serie A side other than Juve. However, I'm still surprise the deal actually went through.
Toronto has a very large Italian American population which I imagine comprises a notab...
