re: Dog boarders in Baton Rouge for my GSP? - TIGERRVER
Petropolitan is good. They let them out 5 times per day. The males go out together and all get free reign of the yard. The workers throw balls and frisbee for them. ...

re: Outdoor Gourmet fry pot covered in black soot - TIGERRVER
PS - Why doesn't my crawfish pot get any soot on it? Im guessing its a better metal than the flimsy piece of shite fry pot?
Are you trying to turn the burner way down when it gets black? You are probably too low, and the burner isn't designed for this. The fuel/air mixture is off. ...

re: Browning Citori Loose Stock - TIGERRVER
Check to see if there are some small holes in the recoil pad. You may need to use your fingernail to stretch it to find them. Most have holes to fit a screwdriver. These may lead to screws to remove the pad. ...

re: Questions about ski boats - TIGERRVER
I agree. He needs to determine the style, size, amenities, etc. Step 2 is to go look at different new models. Step 3 is to find a good deal on a used one. He can determine which new one he wants then upgrade size, motor, etc. with a used one for the same price. ...

re: Questions about ski boats - TIGERRVER
A fish & ski boat is kind of like an all-in-one copier/printer/fax. It will do all of them, but none of them really well. What kind of fishing & water will it be used in? Rivers, lakes, offshore? It's hard to beat a center console for versatility. ...

re: What brand fluoro do y'all use? - TIGERRVER
I've tried many leader materials, and Seaguar Fluoro leader material is the best (but pricey). If you don't catch many fish before tying a new leader, many brands will work. But if you trout fish, they can easily fray the line with their teeth. Seaguar seems to hold up the best, especially when t...

re: Anyone have experience with well water tanks? - TIGERRVER
It sounds like a larger tank won't fix the issue. Think of it like this... Flow is a function of pressure (actually square root, but that's another level). I your pump turns on at 40 psi, you could have a 500 gallon tank; you still only have 40 psi. If your pressure switch is adjustable, try to ...

re: Anyone have experience with well water tanks? - TIGERRVER
Why is your pump not turning on until the tank is empty? The pump should be on a pressure switch. For example, it can turn on at 40 psi and turn off at 60 psi. If this cycle can't complete while you have a faucet or shower valve open, you have a pump problem. The pump should be able to put out more ...

re: Are High End Rifles worth it? - TIGERRVER
I assume you know the wait on a new Larue is 1-2 years unless you pay $1,000-$2,000 over msrp from an individual. If you follow the Larue board on AR15.com, sometime dealers get orders in and sell them. They can't charge more than msrp. ...
