Yes, if you're willing to put down money you could buy a more expensive house.
If you have great credit you can put down 5%. Ask you're lender for your specific situation....

The redesign wouldn't impact my buying decision unless there was some feature you really wanted. A car is a depreciating asset and neither model year is going to offset that.
I personally wouldn't buy the first model year of any significant redesign so they can work any bugs out....

CPA will carry more weight than an MBA unless at a top tier school.
If you have an undergrad in business, an MBA is redundant. I've worked for a couple of very large organizations including a Fortune 20 company. MBAs didn't have any clout unless from a top tier school.

I've switched jobs a couple of times over the last 12 years so, different 401k, Ira rollovers, etc. So calculating a return would take awhile.
But I graduated in 2000 so I feel your pain of not getting historical market returns over that period. Hopefully next 30 years will treat us better.........

As one of the posters suggested, there are apartment locator services that will work for free for you. Just ask that you refer them on the application so they can get paid. They'll let you know about "specials" and such...

I develop the strategic plan for our household. My wife pays some of the bills and I pay some of the bills. We have a monthly budget "meeting" to go over monthly expenses.
Works for us....
