Hey guys been working my arse off at the gym and started insanity as well. I just went to the doctor and in one month I've gained 7 lbs.
As a guy who lost 60 lbs two years ago this is very disheartening.
I'm also always hungry and thirsty. All I do is eat lean protein and drink water. Help ...

Desktop all of a sudden went to a white screen saying federal government has seized my computer and I must pay $400 to unlock it.
I've tried everything. Restarting, safe mode, etc. nothing works.

i went for the first time this weekend in dallas and i didnt think it was that cheap
some stuff yes but their produce was very high
apples/oranges, etc were 80/90 cents a piece and they werent that big. i normally pay $2 for 5 at kroger plus they had whole ears of corn for 88 cents a piece. kr...

Ok guys put the shoulder in the crock pot at 7am and all the recipes I see say anywhere between 7-10 hours on low.
