There is a lot involved in "fuseology", but for the most part, using a fuse with a higher voltage rating than the applied voltage is ok.
Never use a fuse with a lower voltage rating than what you are using it for however. Bad things can happen.

Break the gun down, then use mineral spirits and an old toothbrush, paint brush, whatever to scrub away the cosmoline.

Very interesting stuff.
Each video is about 15 minutes long but worth watching. They show real life examples and techniques for self defense, home defense, etc.

I looked at that very gun this weekend. Very nice fit and finish IMO. I have the Sig Nightmare which is very comparable. The Smith cost more but probably gets more hand fitting to justify the price....
