This should be cleaned out, then the gun should be lubed. Most folks will tell you that Sigs like to be run "wet". Make sure the rails are well lubed. I think it is an excellent value(~$400) for a polymer pistol in the SA/DA style. Similar to the Glock, it has no manual safety, but it does have the de-cocker.
