Taking a right northbound turn on red from the center lane was allowed (I think) but hardly ever carried out because of the 70 mph northbound traffic. The light cycling had to be ...

That is not going to work very well in the interim if they do not put a turn lane in so you can turn on to 73 easier. Then again, I am not sure when they are ever going to start on 42. Even though the money is dedicated....
