We stayed at the Mountain Thunder Lodge last year and really enjoyed it. Gondola is maybe 200 yards away. We were in walking distance to everything in Breck. They also provide a free shuttle service. The 4 o'clock slope runs into the back of the lodge for a very convenient last run of the day....

I'm thinking that sueing her directly , under the terms of the divorce, may be my only option... Other than paying the loan myself (last resort). I'll probably have some preliminary discussions with my lawyer in the next few days about the situation, just incase. ...

I was 20 at the time and not all that smart, I guess. I'm 35 now and have all my "ducks in a row" financially so bankruptcy is not an option. I was just wondering if anyone had experienced a similar situation or had legal advice before I contact my lawyer about it. ...

I would agree with all of this and add that during my 6 years as an operator at BASF there was never a time when an operator was hired straight in knowing where they would end up, much less being hired straight in to run the board...just never happened and couldn't under the contract. I do know this... Every position in operations that becomes available is posted to everyone in the plant regardless of unit... I doubt that every C or B operator in the plant would turn down the opportunity to make $3-$5 more an hour. I smell a grievence if this is true....

I worked at BASF until about 5years ago. Unless something has changed with the union contract on the process of bidding for jobs based on seniority, then I would find it strange if the union would allow an outside hire to step into a board operator job immediately.
