Camp Gumbo I made a couple months ago. This was for a group of men so I used readily available items from the freezer. Goose, Quail, Chicken, Venison Andoulle & Oysters: Typical thick base Gumbo made with dark roux combined with Stock made from all poultry. Added whole quail in about an hour...

I typically cook in large cast iron Dutch Ovens or Gumbo Pots over propane, but I do like cooking in a small Cajun Microwave also. :cheers:...
