1/2t baking SODA
1/2 t salt
1 cup buttermilk

Pain was always worse in the morning and after walking and resting. Seemed to hurt a lot after muscles cooled off. Used to walk before lunch, then when I stood up after the meal, pain was terrible. Don't wish it on anyone. Try heel lifts in shoes....

Last year our 3 satsuma trees were LOADED. Branches ready to break. This year, we have 16 on the 3 trees. Disappointed. Usually try to send about 30# to my brother in Missouri. His kids love them. Will have to find another source. Also have a great grandaughter who loves to ask PaPa to pick a "Suma"...
