A combination of scouting, and our players being underrated due to our state not producing a ton of recruiting site $$$$. Our scouting director left recently if I remember correctly though....

I think Ford is drafted mid to late, easily..he's been moving up the charts after testing well (he's in top 3-4 of just about every combine category). Spencer Ware is least likely of RBs to be drafted IMO....

They rank on value, efficiency, etc. So one could say we are as high as we are because our draft picks don't go as high as they should based on their performance in the NFL. I suppose it's a good recruiting tool, but I could use it against LSU if I were a recruiter for another school....

Initially Brazil and Diarse, as they will be in games immediately and play a factor. Once they get some game experience, I think White will win starting job.
So early, Brazil/Diarse...late White/Diarse (he will impress like Landry and earn more looks as season goes on)....

Coaches are not always the best source of accurate info, but according to the coaches Rivers was just a step behind Mett laster year in practices. He even does a few things better than Mett....

His concepts are well thought out and exact...but the terminology and teaching it to (most) players is straight forward. I don't think we'll have much trouble getting the playbook learned (except at QB, which will require much much more recognition and execution than ever before).

I agree with 2 and 3, I don't see any resemblance of Air Coryell in our current offense. We currently use very few deep throws, very little motion, non-existent passes over the middle to RBs, TEs, WRs...and much more.
The only thing I'd say is that it resembles our current offense much more than...

I seem to remember their QB being hurt and out for a few games, then never the same when they came back. I think they lost both RBs to injury at some point in season as well. Tough to implement a new system when QB and best offensive players are not able to practice together....

We need help running the ball too...granted, not as much as we need help with passing. Getting some more effective teachers in to teach blocking execution and consistency is important, run or pass. I can't see anything but positives should he be hired (even recruiting...as Stud was not a 'home run' ...

I wouldn't expect them to have good things to say, they won a SB without him and they support their team. However Cam is an elite QB coach, and dear lord do we need help with teaching QBs....

I agree, and hiring someone like Cameron...who Miles knows and trusts...will allow him to give more free reign to his OC.
Also...as we see with Cameron arguing Harbaugh about philosophy..he's not afraid to speak up when things aren't going his way. I would like this hire in many different ways....
