I think they need to either be dried for several months in the open air or dried in a kiln. I had looked into it a few years back but didn't wind up pursue it any farther. Good luck and keep us updated. :cheers:...

if you don't ever do any cardio exercise, it might take you 12-14 mins for a mile. total time for 4 miles could be up to an hour.
if you're an adult male in good shape, to me you should be able to get a mile in 8 mins. 4 miles in maybe 40 mi...

The closest I've come is getting about 10" of water in my 14' johnboat the first time my brother and I brought it out (about a week after we bought it).
