Cramps could be due to changes in stride because of the knee pain. If the cramping was abnormal for you I would not worry about it. The knee pain would concern me more. You need to resolve that first. ...

I want to make sure I understand. Did the cramps start after you started walking? And the knee was hurting while you were running?...

Chiros work. Try also stretching, including glutes and hamstrings. I would definitely recommend these types of conservative measures over shots and MRIs. Give it time to heal. ...

[quote]I'd pay big $$$ for one.
Considering the fact manufacturing the driverless Prius that Google outfitted would cost several hundred thousand per unit to manufacture, more than a Ferrari 599, you would need it. We will not see a significant number of these cars for at least 20 yea...

There is a big difference between bulging and heriniated discs. Bulges are generally not surgical. Many resolve with time. Most adults over 30 have them. The difference for you and me is that they are symptomatic. In fact, mine came from a rear end collision as well. Fortunately, I have been ab...

Now, the advice. Baby girls can projectile poop. Never, ever, under any circumstance, change a diaper while at her feet rather than her side.
When they are older listen without overreacting. Let them know their safety and raising (not being their friend) are most important to you...

[quote]My experience is that it pretty much behooves you to go to a law firm first and then go in-house. First year in-house lawyers get paid far, far, far less than first year law firm lawyers and they advance more slowly than those lawyers that transition out of a law firm after five years or so. ...

Pick the one that sets you up best for a corporate job --- do not go into a law firm. Try to break into a Fortune 500 company. Better pay, much better benefits and a wider variety of avenues that you can take as you advance your career. The quality of life is much better.
Litigation is a grin...

Why do you think your job is perfectly suited to give you carpal tunnel. Do you have repeated trauma to the hands or wrists? Have you had any recent neck trauma? There could be other causes of the pain, especially if the pain is above the wrist or above the elbow.
