I almost always microwave 2 cups at a time. I try to cook too much because cold leftover rice is great for a quick batch of fried rice.
A covered container
2 cups rice
4 cups water
2 tsp salt
pat of butter.
High for 6 min, 70% for 17 min.. This works perfect on every microwave I've ever ...

This is one of the very few restaurants that I can say 'if you don't enjoy the experience, you are not a foodie'. It is a great restaurant for people who love food, if someone says that it is rundown or the waiters/waitresses are old and grouchy, go to Chili's.

If you like Mississippi BBQ flavor, 90% sugar 10% smoke, you'll love it. That shite is so sweet it makes my teeth hurt, but they like it like that over there. I prefer a sweet/tart/smokey balance....
