Not saying it's the right answer for you, but I bought a Weber Genesis a couple weeks ago... (and I really like it, so far.)
Before you buy, be sure to go check out Goodwood Hardware... nice selection, they seem pretty knowledgable, and had it assembled in about 2 hours.

It's interesting how each of us formulate the "ideal" in our mind. Obviously, she achieved hers! She enjoyed her money the way she wanted.

Surely the answer to this question is, "of course, you can add money to any of your funds at anytime."
I bought into several funds, most at the minimum of $3000. Surely I don't have to contribute the minimum each time I want to add money to it, right?
