Not saying it's the right answer for you, but I bought a Weber Genesis a couple weeks ago... (and I really like it, so far.)
Before you buy, be sure to go check out Goodwood Hardware... nice selection, they seem pretty knowledgable, and had it assembled in about 2 hours.

Surely the answer to this question is, "of course, you can add money to any of your funds at anytime."
I bought into several funds, most at the minimum of $3000. Surely I don't have to contribute the minimum each time I want to add money to it, right?
