Just to compare apples to apples:
If BR is around 250,000 then Atlanta is about 450,000
The greater BR area is around 800,000, and ATL is at 5.6 ...

I don't mind chains at all.
I could eat fast food every day, and I can have a good time at Red Lobster, Olive Garden and Chili's. (I know-the horror!)
I'm just saying that if chains are on the top 10 list, it's not a good commentary.
Can you imagine having a list in NY, Chicago, NOLA, Atlan...
