Not sure how well you know the city, but I would buy a small cheap weber and an ice chest full of nola beer and wine, and cook at Audubon park or the fly. Yes I would go through all that trouble over having my fish cooked at either of those places...

It is expensive. Go to cowbell next time. It's fantastic and a good bang for your buck. $23 is crazy. I also don't understand these "cocktail programs" burger joints are trying to sell people on. Provide a good draft and bottle selection and that's all you need. It's a burger restaurant. ...

The Sammich on Maple St - Boondock544
Had dinner there Saturday night. I ordered the fried chicken topped with pulled pork and coleslaw. Not the most unique of the "sammiches" but it was July 4th weekend so wanted something American. re: Are there any food trucks left in BR? - Boondock544
And good for them. The concept works in real metro cities very well (Nyc, LA, ect) because of the walk ability. For me to get in my car and drive somewhere to park, walk, and eat off my hood just doesn't appeal to me. With food and travel shows making foods trucks known it became a trend in smaller ...
